Time-resolved flfluorescence immunoassay is a non-isotopic immunoassay technique, which uses lanthanide elements to label antigens or antibodies. According to the luminescence characteristics of lanthanide chelates, time-resolved technology is used to measure flfluorescence, and the two parameters of wavelength and time are simultaneously detected. Signal resolution can effectively eliminate the interference of non-specifific flfluorescence and greatly improve the analysis sensitivity.
Many complexes and proteins in biological flfluids and serum can flfluoresce by themselves, so the sensitivity of flfluorescence detection using traditional chromophores will be severely reduced. Most of the background flfluorescence signal exists for a short period of time. Therefore, combining long-decay-life markers with time-resolved flfluorescence technology can minimize transient flfluorescence interference.
